For those who have always wanted a Subaru vehicle, but their passenger needs extend beyond the seating for five that every current new Subaru vehicle offers, Subaru just announced the production of an upcoming seven-seat Subaru SUV, the VIZIV-7 Concept! Since the Tribeca was discontinued in 2014, drivers looking for a new Subaru model that can fit seven passengers have been left without any options, but now with the announcement of the VIZIV-7 Concept, those drivers won't have to wait much longer!
This concept SUV is said to be the largest Subaru model ever produced, measuring up to 15-inches longer than the current 2017 Outback model does. The VIZIV-7 will offer three spacious rows of seating, as well as ample cargo room in the boot of the vehicle for all of your storage needs. While not much information has been released about the features available in the new concept SUV, because it's a Subaru vehicle it's safe to assume that safety, versatility, and performance are going to be paramount points of focus, with Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive standard on every model.
It has been speculated that the VIZIV-7 concept will eventually renamed and be called the Ascent, and it could be available to drivers as early as 2018! As the months roll on, more and more information will be released about this seven seat concept, and we here at Riley Subaru will be sure to keep you posted on any developments we learn about when they are released!
