Technology
When comparing the base models of the 2021 Legacy and 2021 Camry, tech features are similar. They both come with a 7-inch
touchscreen and standard smartphone integration. However, the largest
touchscreen available for the Camry is 8-inches. Except for the entry-level
model, all versions of the Legacy jump up to a gorgeous 11.6-inch
touchscreen.
Both the Legacy and Camry include advanced
driver-assistance features as standard equipment, including adaptive cruise
control, lane-centering, and automatic emergency braking. The Legacy's Limited
trim level includes adaptive headlights that corner with the steering wheel.
This feature isn't available on Camry yet.
Interior
While these two vehicles are similar in size,
the Legacy offers a little extra breathing room to keep everyone happy. The
total passenger volume of the Camry is 100.4 cubic feet, compared to the Legacy
with 105.5 cubic feet. Adults will be more comfortable riding in the Legacy as
well because it offers more legroom in both the front and back seats. You'll
find more shoulder room in both rows as well.
On top of having more space for passengers, the
Legacy has more room for your gear. You will find a spacious 15.1 cubic feet in
the trunk here. As for the Camry, it only gives you 14.1 cubic feet.
